What never to paste
The quickest way to get into trouble with AI is pasting the wrong thing.
People’s details
Names, addresses, phone numbers, health information.
Anything confidential
Contracts, pay, client data, unless your policy allows it.
Passwords and keys
Never.
If unsure
Make a practice version with made-up details, or ask your tech-support contact.
