Giving an AI clear instructions
Most bad answers come from a vague question. Four parts fix almost all of them.
Role
Say who it should be: “You are an operations manager in a care group.”
Task
Say exactly what you want back, and how long it should be.
Context
Paste the material it needs. It can’t see your files unless you give them to it.
Check
Ask it to list what it assumed, so you can see where it guessed.
