A glossary of AI words
The words you’ll hear in the sessions, in plain English.
Prompt
What you type or say to the assistant.
Model
The engine behind the assistant. Bigger models are more capable and slower.
Context
Everything the assistant can see in this chat: your prompt, pasted text, attachments.
Hallucination
When it states something false as if it were true.
Working-context note
Your one-to-two-page note about you and your job, pasted at the start of a chat.
Project
A saved space with instructions and files for a repeated job.
Connector
A link that lets the assistant read a tool such as your calendar or drive.
Agent
An assistant that takes several steps on its own towards a goal.
Human in the loop
A person checks before anything is sent or decided.
