What you handed in
- Your final work
Harlow Linen Services: laundry and linen for care homes.
Who they are: family-run since 1998, two depots (Harlow and Chelmsford), 41 care-home customers in Essex.
What they offer: collection three times a week, a same-day service for infection-control laundry, cheaper per kilo than our current supplier.
What I checked: their Companies House filing (accounts up to date), two references from care homes (both called), and the infection-control certificate (valid to June).
What the assistant got wrong: it said they had a third depot in Braintree. It closed in 2024.
- Reflection
- The assistant wrote a confident profile in two minutes, but one fact was out of date: a depot that closed in 2024. I now check every place and number against a source before I trust it, and I ask it where each fact came from.

AI coach · first read, not the mark · Tuesday 2 February, 8:17pm
You did this on real work from your own job: a one-page supplier profile with every fact checked. That is the part that matters most, and it reads clearly.
One thing to tighten: say where the assistant got something wrong and what you changed. A sentence or two at the end of your reflection would cover it.
A question to think about: which claim would cost the most if it turned out to be wrong?
Ask Johnnie a question · it joins this history.
Hand in again · version 2
Every version is kept. Johnnie marks the newest one.
Before you submit. Remove anything you would not share outside your organisation. You can ask Claude to help, then double-check it yourself.
Only Johnnie and the training provider see what you hand in.
