Use your AI assistant on a real piece of your own work: one procedure your team can follow without you.

The brief

Read the brief

What you’ll submit: One procedure your team can follow without you, a short reflection and the declaration.
How it’s assessed: Johnnie reviews your work and gives feedback. Resubmit as often as you need.
Hours: This assignment represents four guided learner hours. They count when you hand it in.

Why it helps. This is work you do anyway. Doing it once with the assistant, and checking what it gives you, shows you where it saves time and where you still need to look closely.

Steps

Start a new chat and paste your working-context note from session 1.

Work through the assistant’s questions, one at a time.
Check what comes back: two facts or figures by hand, and the tone read aloud.If it can’t say where something came from, treat it as unchecked.
Ask it to fix what’s wrong, then copy the final version into a document.
