Compare three suppliers in one table

Use your AI assistant on a real piece of your own work: a comparison table with a recommendation.

The brief

Read the brief

What you’ll submit: A comparison table with a recommendation, a short reflection and the declaration.
How it’s assessed: Johnnie reviews your work and gives feedback. Resubmit as often as you need.
Hours: This assignment represents two and a half guided learner hours. They count when you hand it in.

Work information only. Please only use information you are allowed to use at work.

Output

A comparison table with a recommendation, built from your own work rather than a made-up example.

Why it helps. This is work you do anyway. Doing it once with the assistant, and checking what it gives you, shows you where it saves time and where you still need to look closely.

Steps

Start a new chat and paste your working-context note from session 1.
Click Copy prompt, paste it in, and add the material the assistant needs.Only paste information you are allowed to use at work.
Work through the assistant’s questions, one at a time.
Check what comes back: two facts or figures by hand, and the tone read aloud. If it can’t say where something came from, treat it as unchecked.
Ask it to fix what’s wrong, then copy the final version into a document.
Paste it into the box below.

I'm working on this: a comparison table with a recommendation. Use my working-context note for background. Before you start, ask me any questions you need to understand what I'm trying to do. Ask them one at a time. When you've finished, list anything you assumed or guessed so I can check it.

What accepted looks like

It’s real work from your own job, with anything private taken out
It does the job: a comparison table with a recommendation
You checked it, and say what the assistant got wrong and what you changed
A colleague could pick it up tomorrow and use it
