Will anyone on our team hear from you before the course opens?

No. Adding people, assigning tasks and signing the agreement send nothing to your team. Your people get their invitation only when their course opens, a few weeks before the first session.

The only exception is a task you give to a colleague: you get a link and you choose when and how to share it.
