Why are there two agreements?

Our Employer Agreement is between you and Creative Process Digital. You sign it in trainrs: what we deliver, what you agree to, and how the funding works.

The Department for Education’s employer agreement is between you and the government. You accept it inside your apprenticeship service account (step 3 of the government-account task). Both are needed before funding can be reserved.

The account itself is the government system the funding runs through: steps 1, 2 and 4 of the same task.
