Ledger

A well-kept record: calm, exact and permanent, like a bound register that someone takes pride in.

For: Everyone who has to trust the evidence: the provider checking hours and sign-offs, the employer reading progress, the tutor marking work.

Why this could be trainrs

Most of what trainrs does is keep a record that someone else will rely on: hours, hand-ins, sign-offs, a countersigned agreement. Ledger makes that record feel deliberate and permanent, and its ruled lines suit long lists of tasks and evidence without boxes everywhere. It would read well printed, which matters for the per-learner pack.

Risk: Can feel formal and slow for a learner who logs in once a week; the serif headings may look old-fashioned to a tech-minded employer.
