How your details are used

The training provider arranges government funding for your place and awards the units. trainrs runs the course: the sessions, your assignments, your hours and your progress.

Your enrolment details, your work, hours, attendance and sign-offs. They’re stored in the UK and kept for six years after the course ends, then anonymised.

Your manager and the training provider can see your progress; nobody else can.

You can ask to see, correct or (once the funding rules allow) delete your details. Raise your hand and we’ll pass the request on.
