The assignment

What changed in your work, in your own words, built from your own work rather than a made-up example.

Why it helps. This is work you do anyway. Doing it once with the assistant, and checking what it gives you, shows you where it saves time and where you still need to look closely.

You’ll hand in: What changed in your work, in your own words, a short reflection and the declaration.

Steps

  1. Start a new chat and paste your working-context note from session 1.
  2. Click Copy prompt, paste it in, and add the material the assistant needs.Only paste information you are allowed to use at work.
  3. Work through the assistant’s questions, one at a time.
  4. Check what comes back: two facts or figures by hand, and the tone read aloud. If it can’t say where something came from, treat it as unchecked.
  5. Ask it to fix what’s wrong, then copy the final version into a document.
  6. Paste it into the box below.
