Where should I start with “Show your assistant to a colleague”?
AI coach
Pick the smallest real example from your own week, not a made-up one. Give the assistant the material it needs and say what good looks like. Aim for: a five-minute demo and what they asked.

How much do I need to write in the reflection?
AI coach
At least 150 characters, about two sentences. Say what the assistant got wrong and what you changed: that’s the part Johnnie reads first. I won’t write it for you.
