They see the agreement and nothing else. Nothing further is sent unless you press Remind.

Sending the agreement to a colleague to sign: name, role, work email. They get a link and a six-digit code, see the agreement and nothing else of Acme’s set-up, and sign on page 4 as Sam would. Sam sees where it is and can remind them or take it back. No automatic reminder: the only automatic emails are the weekly summary and “Session tomorrow” (Gary, 10 Oct).
