Employer agreement: the short version, then one “Who signs?” choice. Sam signs now, or sends it to someone who can commit the company (Gary, 9 Oct). The agreement is signed once; each later course’s Training Plan is confirmed with one click, from Courses. Wording from the provider’s site / awaiting Gary’s review.

Sign the employer agreement

Our agreement with you: what we deliver, what you agree to, and how the funding works. About 10 minutes.

Read it and sign

What you are agreeing to

  • Releasing your people for the training inside their normal paid working hours.
  • The assessment approach in Schedule 3, which the funding rules require the employer to agree.
  • A Training Plan for each course: what is taught, the hours and the dates. Your March course’s plan is section 3 of this agreement. Each later course’s plan comes to you to confirm on its own, from Courses.
  • A statement of intent that your people will finish. It is explicitly not a financial liability if somebody withdraws or leaves.

Creative Process Digital countersigns, and everyone receives a signed copy with an audit trail.

Who signs?

Someone who can commit the company: a director, or a person they have authorised.
