How your details are used

The short version
The training provider uses your enrolment details to arrange government funding for your place. trainrs uses your work, hours and attendance to run the course and show your progress to you, your manager and the provider.
Your details are kept for six years after the course ends, in the UK, and then anonymised. You can ask to see them at any time.
