What if someone leaves or can’t start?

Tell us as soon as you know, and remove them from Your people. If they haven’t started, you can enrol someone else in their place on the same course or a later one.

If someone leaves part-way through, the training provider tells you what happens to their place and its funding. Nothing in the Employer Agreement creates a financial liability for you if a person withdraws or leaves employment.
